Scott Mulvey
Pastor Scott is the Lead Pastor at City Church. He was born in El Paso, Texas and raised in California and spent many years in Los Angeles, then planting churches in San Francisco, Discovery Bay, and Brentwood before coming to Fairfield. He is the Director of the City Livin’ Center, the City Strike Force, The City Navigation Center, the City Park N Sleep, and the City Free Clinic in Fairfield. Pastor Scott is ordained and the Northern California Superintendent for Grace International with churches all over the world! He and his wife Deborah have been married for 33 years and have raised 5 children.
